            • Impact Analysis

            • The Alliance can prepare, free of charge, an economic impact analysis for a wide variety of economic development projects.  Some of the data that is inputted into the impact analysis model for a project includes the number of new jobs created by the project, the average annual salaries for the new jobs and the new capital investment for the project.  The resulting report shows the economic impact on the various local taxing entities and the impact of any incentives that may be offered to attract the project.

               

              The Alliance uses a widely-used economic impact analysis model that was developed by Impact DataSource in Austin.
